FREE DOOR SEAL
To be eligible for residential door seal upgrades under the Victorian Energy Upgrades (VEU) program, you must meet the following criteria:
• Property : The property where the upgrade takes place must be in Victoria as residence with current electric, water and gas connection.
• Customer : The person who is authorising the upgrade must be 18 Years and over
• External Doors: The property must have doors leading to external environments, Doors leading to enclosed carport or garage are NOT eligible.
• Prior Claim: You must NOT have claimed this upgrade previously for the property under the Victorian Energy Upgrades Program.
• Accredited Provider : All installation work must be completed by a provider who is accredited under the VEU program. You can find a list of these providers on the VEU registry.
Note:
Both homeowners and tenants are eligible for this upgrade. For rental properties, it’s recommended that tenants and landlords collaborate on the upgrade.
